Subway - Phoenix

Exceptional service on the subway to McDowell and 51. St. The manager who worked made my meal free after my bag was accidentally sent to another guest on the eve. Thanks for the clean toilets and attentive staff!

The first thing I noticed when I came in was the CLEANLINESS! The sandwich artist made an order, but could welcome me and said he will be with me in a minute! Talk about a great customer service! I rated the place 5 stars for the Great Service I received. Thank you.

Last month I would have given this place a half star. But they let go most if not all slackers. This is now the only subway I go, and there are four who choose in my area. Political personnel and subs are now in place. My only concern is bread. I have to say it has improved 100%, but still needs work. Mostly, they just have to score a little longer and prove.
