The Buffalo Spot - Phoenix

Regarding the exterior, the management could focus more on tidying up the grounds; however, it's difficult to entirely blame them, as they sometimes have to deal with the challenges of homelessness in the area. The Buffalo Spot could also improve on the timing of meal completions, which is why I rated it four out of five stars. For families, the atmosphere is generally relaxed, except during game nights when things can get lively. Even then, the clientele remains disciplined and well-mannered. The interior offers plenty of seating, and there are also outdoor seating options available. As for parking, there are multiple businesses nearby, and it's conveniently located close to a busy boulevard and highway. Wheelchair accessibility is excellent with ramps and wide sidewalks, making it welcoming for everyone.

I was really impressed with my experience at the restaurant. The cashier, Thomas, was incredibly good looking and charming. He was respectful and provided wonderful service, making my visit even more enjoyable. He definitely deserves a raise! I'll certainly be coming back to eat here again. Overall, the food was excellent—5 out of 5!

Delicious food and friendly staff, but service tends to be quite slow during my previous visits. Thankfully, today's wait wasn't too long.

The man at the counter was very good with communication. But here’s the issue I have. There are no napkins out, no salt pepper or ketchup for the fries. You have to get the code from them to use the restroom. All I wanted to do was wash my hands. Your a wing spot, and I can’t wash my hands without putting a code into the bathroom door? The food itself was meh. Original Hot Sauce was good but not hot at all and it didn’t stick to the wings. The Cajun fries were good but would have been much better if they were hot. Won’t be going back for the above reasons. Felt like they assume their clientele were children who can't handle open access to a bathroom or condiments.

Had June helping me. She was the best customer service 20/10 she made sure I was happy with my order she needs to be upper management asap loved my experience with!!!!??
