This restaurant is cozy with incredibly friendly staff. The coffee was excellent and the breakfast was very tasty! Two people enjoyed coffee, two meals, and a side of Speck for only $30. We will definitely be adding Joy Bus Diner to our list of favorite brunch spots.

The flavor was a bit lacking, but adding a little chicken bouillon to the sauce would have improved it. The dish did not come with crema, as seen in other photos, which would have been a nice addition. Despite these minor flaws, it is still a good place to visit.
