Had Yogi's food a few dozen times. Last time they burned the Teriyaki sauce. (Visual darkened and had taste to fit). I called and apologized for being annoyed, but the food wasn't even edible. They told me they had no refund or exchange. You could make one for me even after her mistake. I was told that I had e-mail companies. As you can guess, they've given me a week.
