Zinc Brasserie - Phoenix

I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. The classic breakfast was disappointing - for $15, I expected a larger portion size. Instead, I received only 3 small items on a plate, with more white space than actual food. The plate included 2 bacon strips, a minimal amount of potato hash, and a tiny croissant. When I requested jam, I was told they didn't have any. The server also neglected to ask if I wanted ketchup. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Yesterday, we arrived at the airport and decided to have a few drinks at the bar. The blonde female bartender greeted me and began to set up glasses, but I had to wait. The male bartender then arrived and started talking to another customer who already had a drink. Two new customers arrived and were served immediately, while I continued to wait. Despite sitting right in front of them, my wife and I were ignored for almost ten minutes when we finally asked for service. We were told to go to another bar for service, and were treated poorly without reason. The bar we were directed to provided prompt service. Overall, this was the worst experience we have had in an airport. We are generous tippers and simple customers, but we did not receive an apology. Do not waste your time at this place.

Terrible experience at this restaurant... cold food, stale fries, and the "chicken sandwich" was nothing more than a glorified school lunch chicken patty on bread. The chairs and tables were dirty. I will not be returning.

Had a long thought, so decided to give this place an attempt as there is one of the few sitting restaurants here. paloma I was really very disappointed about this drink. it tasted nothing like a paloma. it was closer to an irrigated margarita. sriracha chicken sandwich with fries not bad for a limited time. the chicken comb was pretty good. the chicken patty was obviously a frozen patty and not made in the house. everything in all was ok for an airport restaurant, but nothing to rave over.

Just sat at the bar for a quick bite and was served by Jared while waiting for my flight. What an exceptional experience. As a 30 year veteran of the food service industry I can truly say it was an absolute joy to watch him work a full bar so competently and with such personalized service for every individual there. The food was good but the service was spectacular.
