Aman's Indian Bistro - Phoenixville

The staff at the restaurant are exceptionally kind and courteous. The food is generally excellent, although I found some dishes a bit too spicy for my palate (my husband, however, thought it was just right). A simple improvement for the buffet could be to reduce the spice levels in the dishes and provide spicy chutneys on the side for those who enjoy more heat. This change could help attract a wider range of customers. There were plenty of vegetarian options available for me, but unfortunately, there were no labels. It would be helpful to know that what looks like cauliflower is actually cauliflower and not chicken. Despite this minor issue, I had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Next time, I plan to prepare my stomach with Protonix beforehand. Overall, it would be great if the vegetarian options were labeled for better clarity.

Everything was delicious. Waitress was hard to understand. Paneer shali was awesome.

Door dashed it. Bland across the board. No flavor. Update: The chef and owner called and was very kind and offered for us to come in for him to personally cook for us. It's great to see someone take so much pride in his business. We will give it another try and post an update afterwards.
