The smoked meats here are incredible! Everything I tried was fantastic! I especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area at the Root Down Biergarten, which features local craft beers thanks to their partnership with Root Down. Additionally, there are other beer options available outside that are perfect for locals who have sampled a variety of brews.

This is a fantastic restaurant with a focus on Root Down Brewery. They offer delicious vegan BBQ options alongside traditional BBQ dishes. Everything is really good! I highly recommend the vegan "pig" and the BBQ jackfruit.

The Mexican street corn was the best I've ever had! Let's talk about the main dishes! We tried the brisket, smoked chicken, and sausage. Everything was perfectly cooked and moist. We chose the Kansas City sauce for the grill, and it was spot on! The crab hush puppies were delicious, especially with the house-made dipping sauce – amazing! I would recommend skipping the potato salad, as I prefer my potatoes a bit softer. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the bathrooms were clean, as was the rest of the establishment. I felt very comfortable in the atmosphere. I will definitely be back with more friends! Thank you – great job!

This is the real deal BBQ! Uncle B's is the BBQ bomb that gives the southern style of goodness in PXV! Whether you're visiting his hut or if you're organizing an event, the quality is always consistent and the taste is from this world... and you have to try the alabama white sauce!
