Burger King In Griff

Went through drive-thru last night, waited 10 mins just to get to window. After we paid for our food it took them over 30 mins to get our food . By that time drinks were watered down and fries were not hot at all... Very disappointed in this restaurant. This was NOT a pleasant trip

Ordered from this location, waited about 20 minutes at the window. I got their cheese sticks. Completely burnt. Absolutely no cheese in the middle.

Walked in this morning, didn’t look at my phone to give you the exact amount of time that my husband and I stood there all I can say is it was for quite sometime. A girl walked be us like we weren’t there, the manager came within 5 feet of us squared down doing something and NEVER acknowledged the fact that we were there. I understand that when it’s busy that this happens sometimes as I have worked in a couple of chain fast food restaurants. There was not ONE single person in there nether than us. Customer service is not good here, and if they can’t be friendly maybe there needs to be a reevaluation of who they have working there especially management!

I made a mobile order at 9 for inside pick up. But when I got there the doors where locked and I he sign in the door says that the inside closes at 10.

Every time I go to this location my orders always wrong.
