The Phuket-style deep roasted pork and pork belly known as "Lo-ba" is a masterpiece of the Phuket cuisine. The meat is cooked with Chinese flavors, making it incredibly tender, then deep fried until crispy and served with a special dipping sauce. This dish takes the flavors to a whole new level of deliciousness. This restaurant has been serving this traditional dish for over 10 years, and even though it has moved locations, people still flock to enjoy it (myself included).

We visited this restaurant and enjoyed generous portions at affordable prices. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including many local specialties like pork and satay. It is a great spot for trying out local cuisine without anything too adventurous.
