Great food, even more service. The presentation of the dishes is majestic and I like to spend two words on the service. The boy in the room was super helpful given my food intolerances and provided answer to every doubt and find a solution for everything. The restaurant is clearly high-level. We stayed at Alium for a family evening, on the advice of the chef we chose the tasting menu that left us really amazed for the innovation of the kitchen and the combinations of flavors. We were very pleased with the variety of gluten-free choice and attention to intolerance/contaminations. The service was impeccable, treated in every detail, with the staff always present and above all not intrusive, available to satisfy any need. I recommend it to all those who want to experience a different culinary experience than usual, but still very simple and tasty. We'll be back? Sure.

Great restaurant in Piacenza where you can breathe a fashionable atmosphere. Excellent hand of the chef that makes the dishes beautiful and good accompanied by an interesting wine card. The service not always attentive spoils a little what you want to build... A small tip: the card to order takes off after ordering the courses and the tables are cleaned after the one who is supper next has finished (the strong smell of the disinfectant is unbearable or even worse than the not well rinsed rag). Surely to perfect but I think I will return.
