Pizzeria Passaparola - PIACENZA

I come to Piacenza regularly on business, typically spending a good bit of time near the Piazza Cavalli. I have a few favorite dining places in the area, but one that I always enjoy is Pizzeria Passaparola (as this is now called . It’s a great small pizzeria with some dine in capacity, but takeout seems to be most of their business. Prices are very good for what you get, and you can have a variety of things immediately from the counter case or order a whole pizza which is usually ready from scratch very quickly. And what delicious pizza! I also like this restaurant because the people who run it are welcoming and friendly, and to me represent the warmth and hospitality of the Piacentini so well. If what you’re after is an enjoyable pizza or calzone with a good selection of beer and soda and quick, happy service, I’d recommend you try Passaparola. One other point is that even though my Italian language skills need to be far better from my native English, I’ve never had a problem communicating with these nice people and they have always been very gracious with service. I feel good every time I visit. :
