Feedback gevenThe staff at this restaurant are excellent and welcoming. I ordered a Frittata and a large latte for $18. Despite the busy atmosphere, my food and coffee arrived quickly and with a smile. The Frittata was delicious and the latte was fantastic. My only suggestion would be to display the prices of the items in the cabinet.
The worst service I've ever experienced. The owner is very rude and was rude for her employees while the customer. Food average. Coffee burned and expensive.
As this place has managed to stay open for so long is beyond me. 1. When I visited this store, I am experienced as a mysteries shopper in the finer points of detail, customer service and food. The first thing I noticed is that nothing is expensive, looking for prices in the glass cabinets, poster boards and after a menu I went to checkout as there were a few people behind me. I was looking for something quick to eat as I had limited time. I noticed a cheese roast and a coffee displayed next to him and thought it could be a combo meal. It wasn't for my surprise. I ordered a cheese Toasty and a medium-sized white coffee, total my order was $20.50 I looked at the register and noticed it said Luxe Cheese Toasty $15.00 I thought OK, it must be very special for this price, I will give it an attempt. In the meantime, the line became longer with some older people behind me. Maybe they get a pensioner discount, not sure how they can afford the prices when they visit this café. Toastie came first, Nothing impressive about the way it looked or tasted. Regular supermarket bread, cut cheese and a red sauce that resembled a tomato sauce. I finished my toastia before I got coffee. coffee came; saucer filled with coffee. Expect an apology, e.g.: Sorry, I'll clean it up. No! Then I had to ask the employee if she could bring some napkins, as the coffee cup would have dropped on my clothes.

Morning coffee with a family member with reduced mobility, so she said, take a picture of the desserts and bring the photo back to the table so that I can choose So do I and welcome with “Excuse me love don't take Photos of the...food,” I'm sorry that the review has no photos and the food and beverages look like room service at the Hilton. It's hard not to find anything good to say about this experience, except we're happy not to return. Bless
