I found a terrific Linguine with Scampi and Pistacho Cream. This dish is not in the menu but the Chef is more than happy to cook it for you. The pizza regina was my favourite. They use their own bio cherry tomatoes. Very good value for money. The place is at the end of a downhill road passing a private estate on the right.

OMG! Pizza out of this world and casatella to die for! The antipasto freddo was delicious to boot! The Pistachiossa pie was so yummy! Friendly service and laid back atmosphere make for a traditional Sunday night in Sicily!

A good, unpretentious pizza restaurant with a vast choice of pizzas. Very popular with the locals . Hidden away, not very easy to find, but worth the effort.

Il punto debole di attività è nei tempi di servizio: stupidamente lungo e penalizzante nella scelta del menu. lunghi periodi probabilmente determinati dalla pratica di togliere non indipendentemente dagli ordini a tavola. per il riposo cordialità disponibilità e qualità dei prodotti sempre elevati nonostante l'uso di alcuni congelati (cabine fritte)

Come sempre quando voglio mangiare una grande pizza posso solo scegliere il meglio, “La fenice”!
