Noir - Piatra Neamţ

Waiter left us alone. It was extremelly difficult to order anything. Wine was served too late, water not at all, beef poor quality.

We enjoyed our meal. Just one point less because the grilled salmon was a bit dry. But the menu is great and the service great

Am petrecut o seara minunata, alături de prieteni, la noir Restaurant,petrecere cu tema, bal mascat ! inca o data va confirm ca in acest restaurant se gătește cel mai bine din oraș ! felicitări!

The food was mediocre, the ribs were actually pork belly, very fatty and chewy. The cherry on top was the fact that we could not pay by card and had to search for an atm in the city. When asked why did they not tell us earlier, the lady said she let the other tables know. ??? I am adding also a photo with the seafood risotto, it was unseasonned, watery and the rice was boiled for too long. Too expensive, won't come back.
