Cosy place a few km from Biella where the kitchen is treated in detail. If you love meat I recommend it. But everything is super good. Then in summer is the perfect place
We finally discovered a food and wine paradise! Wonderful reception from the call for the reservation at the service during the evening, they even made available two soft paper tablecloths to make you lie down our two basts! Genius and original menu with combinations that may seem abrupt but the balance of the same in the performance of the dishes gives a perfect result. The wine card is very interesting. The staff as well as being very kind is prepared (what not discounted), at these levels of catering it is very pleased both for the explanations of the dishes and for the matching of the wine. The sturgeon line with Vermouth jelly and truffle caviar was spectacular, as well as ricotta and lemon ravioli with raw shrimp and snails... The best ever said my husband.... The late Mandarin Sorbetto closed our dinner with great satisfaction. Good quality raw materials therefore the price quality ratio is correct. I have a single note to do and that's why I don't give the maximum score: I expect at these levels a welcome bouche amouse in the wait between the ordering and the arrival of the dishes and a dessert/digestive quote offered, is a further cuddle for the customers in addition to the refinement and care of the details that already exists. Surely we will return not once but many times, continue so because you are amazing! Thanks for the nice evening!
I've been to this place recently with friends. An obligatory premise, we are not by the sea nor by a peak. The location was recently redeveloped but remains in a sports area. Parking is very convenient. The recovery of the area was made with great taste. elegant interiors, pleasant outdoor pergola. In summer there are mosquitoes, it does not depend on the refresher. The first novelty is that it is open on Monday and is not a nonsense but a great comfort. The menu? Great! New, original, with tradition and innovation. Very good combinations. We ate a simply perfect tartare, a disformed tomato and basil and strepitose anchovies with excellent butter. The first were excellent. Lemon ravioli and shrimps that are simply poetry, calla guitar speghettoni that shaved in their simplicity the perfection of taste and balance. Merluzzo that was really great and sweet that they put the signature on the lower right. Good chef! Service in the complex more than good, excellent wine also discarded, we drank a great arneis and pleasant the limoncello offered at the end of dinner. Appreciable stacking, tablecloth and dishes, different for each flow in colours and shapes. All this perfection has a cost I paid very willingly. Cuisine definitely cured, refined, original but at the same time able to tell , there is not the male exuberance of a chef who must amaze but the search for balance of flavors and novelties that deserves a great applause. I'm definitely coming back!
We chose a guided menu at the end of summer.... Porcini flan with fondue, sepia salad, pineapple with lard and chestnuts, Sardinian fregular with tuna and prawns, half sleeves with duck stracotto, sorbetto at one strawberry. All very good, the only dish that didn't convince me was the flux. Excellent wine card, we chose Nebbiolo dei colli Novaresi, Erbaluce. Service, as always, impeccable.
