A pleasant pub with a wide selection of both craft and classic beers. The food without infamy without standard praise. The service is very fast and the guys are kind and attentive but....there is a BUT as big as a house... THEY CHARGE FOR THE SACHETS OF SAUCES!!! I'VE NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS ANYWHERE IN SUMMARY IF YOU WANT AN EXTRA SACKET ON YOUR CHIPS YOU WILL BE MADE TO PAY AND THEY DON'T EVEN GET MESSED A RIDICULOUS THING!!!

Good morning, I'm here to write to share with others my first (and probably also last NOT experience in this bar. I'll explain. Yesterday with some work colleagues after a dinner at a pizzeria we decided to end the evening by having a drink at a nearby bar. We find ourselves near the bar in question and decide to enter... the place was quite large and inside the place there were several free tables to sit on as well as a space of three stools at the bar counter with further space next to it. There were six of us (4 men and two women . I want to underline that we are absolutely low profile people and we just wanted to have a drink and go home (around 11.30pm it was starting to get late as we were all at work the next day . We then asked permission to sit at one of the free seats described above. Here begins the show by the staff who initially, seeing that the tables were 4, said that they could not join two tables and when we indicated two adjacent tables they said that one was a table booked by a large company sitting at the tables next to us (we kindly asked the guys from the company and they gave us the table without problems also because they didn't use it , then when we suggested we stay at the bar counter I remember: three free stools plus space next to us, there were six of us and all of normal weight! they said it wasn't possible because the passage was becoming too crowded (dunno! and they invited us to sit outside (with an external temperature of 4 5 degrees it's obvious that it's fine to be outside when inside with a bit of good will there was enough space not for six people but for many more! In my humble opinion the staff seemed young and inexperienced and ultimately incapable of resolving a seemingly easy to resolve situation Having said this, I conclude by saying that after having kindly discussed trying to convince them that a little initiative and good will were enough to create the place for us without success, we went to another bar and solved the non problem like this.... If I may, I would give a suggestion to whoever is the manager of the place: without wanting to take anything away from his ability to choose, I believe that among the young and inexperienced there must always be someone with greater experience and who can resolve trivial situations like these simply by going outside. from the schemes and taking initiative and not blindly following the instructions received.
