We ate quite well but the goodness of the food does not compensate for all the other aspects. We were crammed into a tiny table in a very full room, we waited half an hour for chips and over an hour for sandwiches, and we didn't get the slightest consideration from the staff, despite several attempts to order dessert. Lots of hype for this place but there is definitely better. Food: 3

We returned to Buns after a long time and found it rather worse. Not in the quality of the food but in the poor service. The sandwiches arrived 1 hour after our order, the waiters never even looked at us during dinner (so much so that we weren't able to order dessert). Even though we had booked in advance, 4 of us were placed at a table for 2. In general the place was very full and the tables were all crowded together. It's sad because there is no doubt about the quality of the food, but unfortunately the terrible experience will not make us return.
