Dragon Rolls Japanese Thai - Pickering

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience with Dragon Rolls. I placed a takeout order and to my utter shock, I discovered a rock/pebble inside one of the gyoza dumplings. As I attempted to eat it, the rock actually caused damage to my tooth, resulting in significant discomfort and pain. Concerned about this alarming incident, I immediately contacted the restaurant by phone and also sent an email, expecting a prompt response and resolution. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, nobody bothered to address my concerns or provide any form of assistance. This lack of care and responsiveness is highly disappointing and unacceptable. What's even more concerning is that this is not the first time I've encountered issues with Dragon Rolls. In a previous experience, I ordered their soft shell crab, which turned out to be completely off. While they did credit me for that subpar experience, the fact that they completely ignored my recent serious concern is deeply disheartening. It is crucial for a dining establishment to prioritize customer safety, satisfaction, and address such distressing incidents promptly. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against dining at Dragon Rolls. Their lack of accountability, negligence towards customer well-being, and disregard for resolving issues make them an unfit choice for any dining occasion.

It's been a while since I last visited Dragon Rolls, and I was truly impressed! The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, with portion sizes that were just right. The receptionist was exceptionally professional and friendly, showing great thoughtfulness and attentiveness. The waitstaff were also very pleasant. I am genuinely amazed and thrilled to have returned to Dragon Rolls. I highly recommend it!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the menu and providing fantastic recommendations that enhanced our meal. Additionally, the restaurant's atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it an ideal location for a night out. I honestly can't wait to return and explore more of their amazing sushi creations. If you're a sushi enthusiast, this place is a must-visit!

I think the food quality for this all you can eat sushi restaurant is probably better then the average sushi joint in the area. That being said, service was quick and the party really enjoyed the serving robots, eagerly waiting for their return. The waiters were attentive and polite, as we began seeing more of them in action as the place filled up real quickly which was very surprising for a weekday but a welcome sight as staff impressively kept up with the busy pace. The place is decorated quite tastefully and is overall very modern however some corners of the restaurant visibly need a bit of touching up. The amount of Jesus loves you stickers placed on everything from the serving robots, to the accessibility buttons was slightly daunting, but that was that. The menu is quite extensive with happily unexpected choices like deep fried Oreos. Will probably visit again.

These guys are on the ball! The food was amazing, the service was great! There are robots that help serve as well!We were amazed at the taste and quality of the food.It is a Christian atmosphere, love the Christian music playing in the background as well.
