St Louis Bar & Grill - Pickering

We waited over 1hr and 20 min for food and didn’t get a drink I ordered.. Even with two of them being water. Would never consider this place with so many better ones around

To celebrate my parents' anniversary, my father suggested we go to this restaurant for their ribs and wings. When we arrived on a Saturday night, it was relatively quiet, so we were seated quickly. Our server, who was new and had only worked a couple of shifts, took our orders. Unfortunately, the evening took a turn for the worse from there. We decided to try the lemonade drink special they were promoting, but they were out of the lemon flavoring for the mix. It was surprising to us that they did not have it available on a busy Saturday night, especially when they had promotions and banners everywhere. In addition, my mother was disappointed to find out that they were also out of sweet potato fries. The ribs we ordered were more like riblets and were overly sauced, while the boneless wings were overcooked. Overall, we left the restaurant feeling disappointed. Even though our server was apologetic, the whole experience was underwhelming.

The food was excellent and everyone loved their dishes. The half-price appetizers of cauliflower bites and deep-fried pickles were delicious. The nachos and chicken meal was very generous in size and could easily feed two people (even a hungry teenager couldn't finish it). The boneless chicken was well-seasoned. Despite being busy on a Thursday night, patrons just need to be a little patient and wait.

Love the personality of this place, food is great! Best wings in town or try the wings poutine! Yum! I can walk up to the bar and my beer will be there before I sit down! That’s how they treat regulars! Eat, drink, watch a game, whatever but tip them well cause the service is top notch!

Brought my cousins out to eat on Saturday evening. Waited 5mins for someone to come take our order. The girl that seated us just dropped the menu on the table and walked away. Finally someone came over and took our order, which seemed very rushed. Didn't like the feeling of having to hurry up. We did not enjoy our time there. Never coming back and does not recommend. Hopefully not all locations are like this!
