Usmania Grill - Pickering

Biryani was tasteless, goat bc curry was bland, meat pieces had no flavour nor the gravy had any taste. Naan was soft, the chicken curry was great- good flavour and would recommend try this one dish only. Kebabs were okay.. nothing great. Raita tasted nothing like youghurt. First time orders from them.

Today I got the worst biryani in my life and it is not prepared as per procedure. The biryani has only more masala, more chilli. not sure why they sell like this kind of food to customers ? Looks like they sold left over food to make money.

Placed an order of samosas to pick up Sun at 1230pm. Called ahead 3 days prior to order so it was not a walk in order. I arrived at 1220pm to pick up the order and had to wait over 1 hour for my order to be ready and was over an hour and a half late for work because I had to wait. I would not recommend ordering from this place for catering unless you want to be hours late to feed your guests. Will not be ordering here again. There was no apology or compensation for the long wait time and inconvenience. Very displeased as a customer what was the point of calling ahead days before if I had to wait over an hour anyways? Poor planning.

Usmania Grill did a great job with my catering order, I got platinum package, pickup was on time and the food was very delicious and flavourful, all my guest enjoyed it. Very good customer service. Highly recommend. ?

It's been my back to back two experiences in which Usmania Grill has done a phenomenal job in bringing their A-game to the day when it mattered the most.I have ordered catering here twice (50+ people) now and both the times the food was abundant and taste was consistency good.
