When we were there to pick up our order, they said they didn't have the shakes because they didn't have the machine. We felt so bad for them, they said this type of things happens so often and it is not their fault, as the online order is not location-specific. But they're sorry for the inconvenience and said we could choose something from the same value. It was a great customer service experience, and they ended an additional order of Mozzarella Sticks thanks. King in Pickerington, you're the best!
The visit was great. Jaalyn was very attentive and polite. She provided a good customer service that should be the norm, but UNFORTUNATELY ISN'T always so, case in point: We visited on 7th. February at 4:30 p.m. There were a number of teenagers who were not professional or had a sense of urgency. We ordered the family meal and I redeemed the free son of a ****. When we got the food, the one I ordered was not in the bag and the pommes were Luke-warm. We stood at the counter for SEVERAL minutes before an employee asked if everything was okay. One of the employees worked with large green headphones around his neck and no one wore name signs. The manager, Amy, finally came out of the office. She asked why the customers, us, were still there and why the Drive-Thru customers wait 5-10 minutes. Under-par service to say the least. I am all for providing teens with possibly first employment I was a teenager once, I get rid of it - but when it came to serve the customers we took care of the business. I know there is no way to know how a teenager is leaving, but with the continued setting of insecure teenagers who do not take their jobs seriously, this will continue to be the result. We have traveled from the immediate community to enjoy a better experience (there are several sites in the community that we do not apply by HORRIBLE customer service. Maybe with ADEQUATE TRAINING and CONSISTENCY improve the Burger King customer service image. Until then, our continued patronage VERY WELL END.
Drive thru was a very slow for only having one car in front of me and no one in the dining room. Chicken was good but way too greasy even for fast food.
Walked in the dining room to order food but the cashier had her back turned while I was waiting for her to take my order.
Worst service in pickerington.
