We love jimmy john’s, but they get order, maybe 1 out of 10 deliveries. something is missing almost every time, and today they gave it to the wrong house.

Came at 7:45 and was said that they were closed, but they did not close until 8.

Fast and convenient. But no staff member wore a mask.

I am a type 2 diabetic and I entered your store to get food. I Had not ate anything all day and I knee my sugar was getting low. As I was ordering I felt dizzy and was going to pass out. The staff there responded quickly and offered me assistance. They got me seated and offered me water and a cookie to help improve my sugar. The young men and women working that evening deserved to be rewarded for their quick responce and their outstanding customer service in my time of need.
