Pizza Hut - Pickerington

The pizza hut was dirty and smelled like a public bathroom. loud and the breadsticks were nasty . i also seen a bug crawling up the wall 0/10 would not recommend.TERRIBLE

I made mistake by doing ordering by carry out and I wanted to change it to delivery. So, I called and gave them my street address and the lady said she couldn't find . Then i wanted to proceed by giving her the apartment name and address and she hung up on me. So disrespectful

We are only able to order takeout statewide in Ohio because of Covid19. We called for a pizza. No one was in the lobby area when I walked in which was great. An employee greeted me, took my cash and immediately walked to the sink and thoroughly washed her hands. She also used hand sanitizer for good measure. She placed my boxed pizza on the counter and stepped back inviting me to make sure it was correct. This was excellent social distancing, cleanliness and the pizza was hot and delicious.

We order from here occasionally and usually don't have any trouble. But this past Friday they were struggling. They got our order wrong twice. First we ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni sausage onion and banana pepper pizza. They sent two cheese pizzas. So we called back and were told they would send the right one out for $6. So we agreed. The same guy delivered this one and we tipped him another $5. So now I'm in for $11 extra and more food than we needed. We opened the box to find a pizza with pepperoni sausage peppers and mushrooms no onions. I don't like mushrooms on anything so I know I didn't order that by mistake. We decided to just cut our losses and pick off the mushrooms. It will be a while before we order Pizza Hut again and when we do we will be sure to check the order before paying.

Just ordered pizza from Pizza Hut. Barely any sauce on my pizza. Also ordered cheesy breadsticks that weren't cut and came with no dipping sauce.
