Wendy's - Pickerington

I visited wendys 4 17 22 at 17:30 the drive thru order taker was rude and rolled her eyes when she gave us our food my number one had mayonnaise over her and it was luke warm my fries as if they were sitting there and then reheated my suggestion if they were not working with wendy, then they go somewhere else, it is not my fault that they are not working with wendy do not take your frustrations on me

We ate inside. Very clean! Food was hot and tasty and the service was fast and friendly. I love their pop machine. You can mix up about any combination you can think of. Wendy's has Coke products.

This Wendy’s is terrible. I placed an order on DoorDash for Wendy’s. I did not know what location my DoorDash was going to until it appear on the map. I placed my order for a Spicy Asiago Club with cheese, a small fries add ketchup packet and a small sprite. When I received my order, I did not receive my sandwich right, the fires were cold and hard, and I did not receive my small sprite. When I call up to the Wendy’s location, the rep told me it’s DoorDash fault and I should take it up with them. I said that still doesn’t excuse the incorrect order your establishment provided. The Wendy’s rep did not care, and told me to take it up with DoorDash. What does DoorDash have to do with it, if Wendy’s made my order? I’m never eating at this place! Unprofessional !!!

Looooong drive thru wait at 8:15pm on a Monday. Bunch of kids yelling in background while trying to order. Kid taking money at 1st window clearly hated job and was disappointed with life choices, 2nd window was slow on food delivery and of course we were missing items when we got home.SHOCKER!

I barely go here anymore with my family but all i remember that this was the only ok Wendy’s. I don’t give a lot about Wendy’s but in 2019 i used to like there chocolate shakes and there Fries. Pickerington
