Feedback gevenI want to start by saying that Sharlotte did an excellent job managing the restaurant on her own. She was efficient in getting the food out as quickly as possible, even taking a moment to assist the manager with a problem at the other drive-through register. However, I don't understand why she was left to handle the entire inside by herself; it felt very unprofessional.
I ordered online and picked it up at the drive-thru. When I checked my order, I thought I had received the wrong item, so I went inside to clarify with the on-duty manager. While discussing it with her, I realized that I had simply made a mistake when placing my order. Feeling a bit flustered, I decided I still wanted to order what I thought was missing. To my surprise, the manager didn't charge me for the extra item, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for her kindness. She truly turned my frown into a smile, and thanks to her thoughtful gesture, I had a much better evening. The service at this location has always been excellent.
My drive-thru experience was perfect. I was thrilled to see that the Mexican pizza is available again. It's truly the ultimate comfort food.
Food wasn't labeled and had to guess what was what. With a group order this made it difficult. Even after asking Staff to help identify, they couldn't. Onions weren't listed and photo didn't show onions in a bean burrito and raw onions (allergy) were init.
I remember eating a lot of food for $5 at all hours of the morning. Now I have kids and they love it too. Just cant get a lot for $5 ..but the food has grown into a treat meal.
