Tony's Pizza Subs - Piedmont

UPDATE: I recently decided to try the site again via delivery. In short, things were gone, we ended up with food poisoning, and the specified phone number does not even work. Don't waste your time. Great food, punctual deliveries and friendly drivers! However, the warehouse personnel is significantly less pleasant, the last three times we have the execution instead of delivery, something has ended with the order incorrect, and this location manager staff was less than friendly (read: dismissed) in solving the problem. Unfortunately, we might just have to stay at another Tony's location in the future...

Every time we were here, everyone was really cool. Very polite. The food has always been made fast and taste amazing. Recommend Stromboli! Delicious.

I called dinner. The food was fine, but the young lady who called my order brought a tip 3 x while I tried to pay. I called it to pick it up. Why do they ask you to tap?

Tonight wasn't good. Ordered around 7:05. I went to the restaurant at 7:30 to get our dinner, paid the guy and waited... 10 minutes, 20 minutes, I asked about my order and said it was coming. 10 minutes left, I asked again about my order. The employee went to the kitchen to ask about it... 5 minutes later I was told that the printer in the kitchen didn't print it for her... Computer Glitch that they're working on it... at this point I'm a bit tied up and they knew it. The manager seemed to avoid the front counter. I asked for compensation for the delay. I was offered a dessert pizza on my next order. I said at this point it will probably not be a next order! I asked about a 2 liters. Soda took place and got it.. It's been over an hour since I called my order... not ready yet. I paid the order when I first came in. I should have got a refund and go, but I was tired and ready to eat home. Half an hour waiting with not much apology or compensation for inconveniences, except a $3,50 2 ltr. Soda. At this price Tony's Pizza in Piedmont on hwy 86 will be closed soon. A shame. Be warned. I hope that their employees will address their problems here. Our food was fine, the Pommes had so much salt that I could have created another ocean! ... don't wait 1.5 hours! Be careful.

Guess my expectations of service are to high. Came in with a group. They all got their food. And welps here I sit 29 min later and no food. Go up to inquire about where the missing pizza is....yeah they hadn't even started making it even after the girl who brought the last dish was made aware. The place was not busy. So there's no excuse there. They brought the first pizzas out quickly which was nice. But that was bout it. The girl was apologetic but passed the buck even though we told her it was missing. The manager showed up and talked to us and gave me my money back for the one pizza. Hopefully next visit might be better if it even happens.
