Chick-fil-a - Pierce County

Ordered a salad which was decent size for five bucks. Also ordered fries a chicken deluxe and chicken nuggets. I asked for two of each sauce .So I asked the drive through person if they are sure the sauce was in there and they said yes and when I parked to eat there was no sauce so had to go back and get it . Also opened my chicken nuggets… they tasted like they have been sitting on the counter for 3 days.. very disappointing if they don’t have fresh or enough to sell they should say they are out.Also most of them were very small and not chicken at all but just deep fried flour.

We love this place! It’s clean, they offer tons of kids activities (loved the movie theater during Christmas time), but most of all the people working here are amazing. They are always very helpful and friendly which is rare in the food industry nowadays. We really appreciate the super clean high chairs as well.

They have to be the most efficient fast food business around. They did something new to their waffle fries as well. The fries taste way better now.

I enjoy the plain chicken sandwich. It is very moist and tasty.

Great food, great service and they move quickly through long Lines!
