Subway - Pierce St Richmond

This place has very slow service and don't take coupons that come to you in the mail .

Don’t bother coming to this Subway. I waited a while for someone to come out the back to later them telling me they don’t accept coupons.

Kind of weird business, NO RESTROOMS ??? Customer service is good but the fact that NO RESTROOMS is weird ..

I am only gonna write a review for this Subway location and not multiple Subway's. They all serve the same stuff. I love the sandwiches and chocolate chip cookies here! Some of my favorite subs are the Meatball, Tuna, Italian BMT, Cold Cut Combo and any of the Chicken sandwiches with either ranch or chipotle sauce. Your food tastes great and it's convenient especially when on a lunch break at work or doing errands. However on a recent visit within the past 3 months you guys have stopped accepting coupons that we get in the mail. Please start honoring these coupons for us! It's what's driving more business to your restaurant plus it gets us to order more. You guys used to accept these coupons even during the recession back in 2009. Lots of parking and easy to find location.

She ran out of tuna on the first pan giving me less than amount. So the worker just now tried to fix me an incomplete Tuna footling with a less than the amount of tuna. I come here all the time. But I will not because of poor service. She tried to treat me like I did not see what I just did see. And when I ask her can I get the remaining amount she said it will be extra. I told her I cannot pay for incomplete sandwich. She insisted that if she give me anymore that it would be extra. Really? For the correct amount.
