Basque Tapas Bar Restaurant - PIERMONT

We visited Basque the other night with friends and were immediately caught up in the festive atmosphere. It feels like a celebration when you enter. Waiters were great, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5

Prepare for a decent amount of waiting to be seated for your food to arrive.I went at 8:30 was seated around 9:15. I ordered the surf turf paella which was seasoned very well. The only gripe was that the lobster tail was very dry lacking any flavor. Unfortunately the server barely visited the table didn’t even offer to refill our drinks the entire stay. All in all the food is prepared well, but the service is a weakness.

Delicious Spanish food. Everything was fresh and made to perfection. Cozy atmosphere.The grilled octopus is a must-have.Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

It was a great dining experience for my spouse and I. The food was delicious. Next time we will try to leave room for dessert ?. Again the food was yummy! It is a nice addition to our humble town.Parking: Entrance is a small driveway at the side of the restaurant
