Harvey's Restaurants - Pierrefonds

Ordered my good online and went to pickup only to be told I have to wait another 10 minutes its not ready and everyone else is just standing around and cleaning what's the point of ordering in

The staff at this restaurant is friendly and always attentive. My favorite burger to order is the Big Harv Angus Burger. The atmosphere of the restaurant is peaceful and laid-back.

Food fresh as always and impeccable service! I intentionally go to this Harvey's because they always get my order right and are quick to serve me!!

I love Harvey’s for there grilled hamburgers. Nothing like it anywhere. However, I was very surprised that my last visit as I was waiting for my meal and watching behind the counter, I saw them take the burger patty out of a plastic drawer and then reheat it. I am astonished that they dropped their standards to such a low level. A reheated burger does not taste that good and it’s not why I went there. I don’t know if this is now policy or if the staff is just lazy either way from now on I have to ask for them to make it fresh if I want to get it fresh.

I really enjoy Harvey's veggie burger, the classic Big Harv burger, and the crispy chicken wrap. My only complaint is that the chicken itself lacks flavor and is quite bland. In terms of vegetarian options, Harvey's veggie burger is by far the best out there. Even though I'm not a vegetarian, I prefer eating veggie burgers at Harvey's over their regular burgers (although I enjoy both).
