Feedback gevenMy family and I eat regularly in B.C.Spur after years eating in other restaurants around the shopping center. we found the service of precious and lou whether over par. the meals are delicious and economical. the waiters go out of their way to be helpful, polite and proaktiw. their ability to remember repetition orders is inconsistent with the contrary. this ability ensures ordering and eating with full pleasure that gives us great satisfaction and joy and bring us back again and again. the manager tony had years of experience in fast food and restaurant trade, always ensures that the customers are fully supported and are in any case hands. they will often see that he helps in and around the kitchen and supports the staff and is always ready to share a greeting or to hear opinions or critics, and make a problem throughout the restaurant. I have even seen that he himself purify façades when the personal is busy putting up decorations and repair facilities. all employees are happy and happy. if they have a problem, they will talk to the staff, they will put it right.
Went for my birthday, great food,we did have a problem though they changed us two times our bill which it what I'm working on but other then that there was no problem
Very good experience. Food was perfect. Friendly staff. Daughter had fun in the play area. Covid protocols in place. Staff always happy to smile
Good breakfast. Very active manager well done. Play area needs to avoid having teens playing the arcade games.. Waitress Preshi was amazing. Well done on this one Spur.
My last experience today was very disappointing.Both my waiter and another official who I think is a supervisor gave me grief about what I ordered which was a first for me.I was even told that there's no problem if I never use this Spur. Im not one to complain and have been a huge fan of Spur for the longest time, changing between their various branches. I ordered what I normally order for me and my daughter which is a starter of 12 buffalo wings and 2 kiddies ribs as I like to just have a taste when it comes to the ribs hence the kiddies smaller portion and like neither the onion rings or hot veggies that come with the adult meals. Prior to today i have had no problem with my usual order but today at this branch I was told I could not order from the kiddies menu although there is no policy or signage that states this because obviously its ridiculous since whatever one orders from the menu is their problem as they will be paying for it with their own money. Were I ordering from Mr D would I have been stopped from ordering 2 kiddies meals?would I have been asked if it's for a kid or an adult?Would they have come to my house first to verify if there really was a kid being ordered for?If I were ordering both meals for my child at the restaurant during my sit in because maybe she does not get full on just one would it have been an issue because I was with just one child and she would not have been able to have more if she wanted.I also wonder if ever I want to get a child an adult's meal because they have a larger appetite would that be an issue too?! Even McDonald's doesn't ask who we are buying happy meals for when we buy them because at the end of the day it's our money that will be paying for it. Very disappointing service indeed.
