Kfc Brookside Mall - Pietermaritzburg

The restaurant is clean, and the restrooms are well-maintained. The meal was exceptionally tasty.

The place was packed..had to stand in a long que. But got great service

This was the worst experience at any restaurant I have ever had. The manager was rude and very unhelpful. When I tried to pay with card and cash the manager refused and said that they do NOT accept payments like that. I had to go to the other side of Brookside mall just to withdraw R100.00 so that I could pay the bill at KFC. I was extremely disappointed as this was the first time I experienced this. Every other restaurant don't complain if I pay half cash and half card. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this branch until management sorts itself out. The cashiers are nice and helpful but ye manager was terrible. I would give this place a negative rating just on the experience I had with this manager.

The staff was friendly and the service was quick. For the first time, I tried KFC breakfast delivery, and I really enjoyed it. The food was fresh and satisfying.

Quick service at the drive-thru, delicious freshly made burgers, and a friendly staff!
