Ocean Basket Pietermaritzburg

I love the hake, calamari and chips. the hot brot is a bonus. the modern but tasteful atmosphere is great! the variety of sauces offered is very appreciated. all in all ocean basket is now a favorite. the only criticism I have is that it can take a good help before the food is prepared, even on less busy days, and the staff can be a bit absent, for lack of a better word, so there is no sign or update on when the meal times will be ready, they are probably undermined, which is a problem.

Great corner location for a delicious meal. During my visit, it was surprisingly quiet for a Friday lunch, but that suited me just fine! The sushi was fresh and delightful!
