Nice restaurant close to the center of the village, close also to the Gran Sasso park area at Prati do TiVo.

Some of the best food I've eaten. The strife to the mountains us amazing and this restaurant is well worth it. The pasta and meat is sensational....a real mom and pop place with a difference. Every time we come totally we go here and we have never had a bad meal!!!!very small restaurant with only six tables, warm fire place ....as if you are eating in someone's home.

Yet another place that we 've been meaning to review for ages. We love this little restaurant, as the food is so good and very reasonably priced. It only has about 5 or 6 tables, and a reservation is recommended so as not to be disappointed. Typically Teramane cuisine and an exsquite timballo , similar in style to lasagne, but made with the thinnest of crepes instead of pasta sheets. The house wine is excellent too (Montepulciano d 'Abruzzo or Trebbiano) and served in a jug. From memory, it was €5 for a litre! It is family run and the hospitality and service is excellent. It is in the centre of the village of Pietracamela and a stroll around the older part of the town is a must... either to work up an appetite for lunch or to work off the wine afterwards.
