Beautiful location, in a small square with the statue of the Centaur of Mitoraj in the center that makes the atmosphere even more suggestive. Note of merit to the care for the sayings: cutlery, graphics of the menu, objects all treated in the least aspect. Note more than positive for dishes: visual impact very interesting but even more to the palate that makes the taste of the dish so well elaborated of the excellent chef. Finally, wine from the Trentino winery Tramin recommended very fresh, versatile and with flavors, a dark ruby red with light garnet shades that at the nose expresses all the typicality of black Pinot thanks to notes of spices and fruity scents that recall the cherry and marasca. In the mouth is fresh, relaxed, of great elegance.
