Feedback gevenThe Tesino besides being beautiful for nature is also for food, just know where to look and this place is proof. Very nice and welcoming in its location offers space both inside and under a wooden structure where you can stay outdoor but still covered. Obviously we opted for local cuisine (no pizza or more so... and it was a wonderful experience. To begin with a fantastic mixed cutter with local slicers and cheeses. I am repetitive but when the raw material is not commercial it feels immediately and in fact it melts everything in the mouth starting from speck, ham and various salami. Cheese as well was exceptional. If you taste the local vaccine cheeses the potato grana no longer take it and also the reggiano probably. Afterwards we were delighted with the meat salada cotta (from sturbo and with excellent polenta and cheese with mushrooms. Both delicious dishes. We then finished dinner with a nice dessert (a meringue from champions that drove me crazy. Excellent wine of the house (and seen goostamo there would also and excellent staff, kind, fast and competent as well as nice. In fact, I greet the owner Gloria who really welcomed us and with whom we have suspended caneders. You know what I'm talking about. But this... is another story: PS as well the value for money is 10 and praise.

You eat well, both at cards and pizzas. It’s a bit strange to find sea dishes seen in the mountain area but there is that the restaurant offers this possibility to its customers. And the squirrel spaghetti looks very good. In the days when I was in this hotel, we tasted tagliatelle al sugo di cervo, gnocchi ai porcini, ravioli asiago e radicchio, grilled mixed etc., all very good (small suggestion is only to cook a little more sausage in the grill that however is very tasty) The dining room is wide, all covid shortcomings respected, green pass requested, staff I also have the rooms of the hotel are beautiful, well-kept and clean, with large bathroom. As soon as they entered, they immediately let us out, saying that dogs could not enter as indicated in the sign at the entrance. A truly sinful attitude towards animals (very often more friendly and affectionate than so many human beings). We had never found in all the restaurants in the area (where we ate very well) such a way of thinking so obtuse and bad towards four-legged friends who have all the right to dine with their masters and to enter the premises as anyone. I strongly recommend to all (even those who do not have a dog) to attend locals with this kind of attitude. I repeat: there are all the locals in the area I attended where you eat very well and have no problems with four-legged friends. Go there, whatever you want to go.... But not here! !
During the ns tour in Valsugana we stopped in the church (the birthplace of Alcide De Gasperi) and after a short walking tour of the village we decided to have lunch in this restaurant. First of all Covid rules widely respected, kind staff, but the fort were the dishes... tris of huge caneders, tagliatelle to the ragù of deer super abundant and tasty, meat salada good and idem for the cheese dobbiaco to the plate with mushrooms. I recommend it for great mangioni with abundant hunger! !
