Flapjack's Pancake Cabin - Pigeon Forge

This was the first time we visited your restaurant and went back and asked for Kylie. Not only was she remarkable and great at customer service. But you can tell the people at this location especially love their job. Sandra, I’m sorry I’m unsure of her title remembered us from visiting a restaurant she was helping out the day prior. Jesse the gm was also friendly and even waved at us the second time around… doesn’t seem like a lot but thinking of jow many people they encounter. Reasons why we went back… customer service.. and the food. I used to be a server for over 20 years and this location by far has been my favorite ? Thank you so much!! If you go ask for Kylie! And get the Pancakes they are yummy!!

Food was meh, over easy eggs were hard/no runny yoke. The hashbrown casserole was decent and had good flavor. Service was a joke. Our server took our order, brought our food and then we were forgotten about. She made it a point to take care of her other tables which were right behind us and and across from us. The only difference between the other tables and us is that everone in their party were white and we are Mexican and white. So just a warning to those in an interracial relationship you may want to skip this restaurant. You may get subpar service based on your ethnicity.

Great service BTW, they served the food super quick and was great. The only down fall is they close too early.

The breakfast is great, we always go here while we're in town!!
