Great American Cookies - Pigeon Forge

I feel like writing on the biscuit cake was a little cleaner, but the cake was still delicious and the whole family loved it. The order was made on time and the staff was very friendly.

Love their cookie slices with extra chocolate icing! No matter where I go. They are always nice.

I am giving this restaurant 5 stars for their service. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond the owner’s control, my daughter's birthday order was not fulfilled. However, the owner went above and beyond to make things right today. We should always appreciate those who serve us, as it’s not an easy job. The cake design was spot-on and absolutely delicious! Thank you once again for everything you do!

I placed a last-minute order and spoke with the general manager, Joey, who was amazing in answering my questions and providing us with options for our cookies. I highly recommend this place. The cookies are delicious, and the customer service is outstanding!
