Smoky Mountain Burritos Mexican Grill

Excellent food! We had a group of ten and were seated immediately. Although a few of our orders were incorrect, they were promptly resolved. However, there was a delay in getting the tortillas for those who ordered them, and most of the people who ordered corn received flour instead. It's not a huge issue, but it's puzzling why they would ask our preference if they're just going to serve what they want. We will return when we're in town again and would recommend this place, but just make sure your server fully comprehends your order!

We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 on Friday evening and were seated right away. Our waiter promptly took our drink orders, and my margarita was fantastic. We ordered our meals soon after, and the chips and salsa were quite good, though I did add some hot sauce to kick it up a notch, which is something I tend to do at most Mexican restaurants I visit. Our meals arrived surprisingly quickly, even before we were fully ready, but the food was served piping hot. Everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. I would definitely come back again.

We ordered our drinks, but unfortunately, my glass had a crack on the rim. It seemed like our server wasn’t very attentive, as he appeared to be distracted. When I requested a new glass, a lady promptly replaced it for me. The food, however, was fantastic—definitely deserving of five stars! My only complaint was the service from the male waiter; he didn’t check on us at all to see if we needed anything or how we were enjoying our meal. I often found myself calling him back to our table. Overall, the food was excellent, but the service could use some improvement.

First time eating here. Came in for lunch and had no wait, reasonably priced choices, fast service, and received food quickly. The salsa was good, not too spicy, chips were warm. I had a burrito, enchilada, rice and beans all with white cheese sauce onthem and it was delicious. I would recommend this place for lunch. Family friendly and bright atmosphere.

They automatically add a mandatory 20% gratuity to your bill, which is quite outrageous. On top of that, they still suggest leaving an additional tip.
