Einstein Bros. Bagels - Pikeville

The bagel was still delicious, but I had to deduct a star because on the last three occasions, I specifically requested my bagels to be toasted, and they always came out soft and uncrispy. It felt like they weren't even put in a toaster. On the bright side, the staff is extremely nice and friendly, so I would give them a 5/5 for their wonderful attitudes and smiles.

This was my first time visiting Einstein Brothers, even though I work at the college. I tried a caramel wrap, and it was delicious! It’s definitely better than the Starbucks kiosk in Food City and is a great option when you’re busy and don’t have time to walk down the hill.

Now that the barriers are down, you can find this place in a building. You know what an open-faced sandwich is and what extra cheese looks like, so I was pleased with the Lax and Rahmkäse bagels we had.
