Fazoli's - Pikeville

I loved this place when they first open. food was always on point! idk if it’s different management or crew members. but they have started messing up my order. i am one of those who orders the same thing every time. i have worked in fast food since i was a teenager . is it that hard to read a ticket and make that order accordingly?

I’ve only had one good meal and service at this restaurant since it opened. Last meal was super disappointing. Paintsville location is much more consistent.

Came through drive thru ab an hour ago. Food was nice and fresh and the young woman at the window was friendly but it took me so long to get two items. I waited probably 10 minutes just at the window! Not counting the other 10 I waited after I had ordered. Next time I think i’ll order ahead.

Service was quick and friendly. The food came quickly and was hot. It was an overall good experience as was every time we have dined there.

Very clean, super fresh food and great table service! If you enjoy Fazoli's restaurants, you won't be disappointed with this one. Quick, fast, and fresh!
