Hardee's - Pikeville

Left large carbahn, arrived within minutes hardee’s, placed order at drive-thru, received orders and again on the main road. faster service, good eating and what we ordered. small traffic without problems and on the move.

The roast beef sandwich here is fantastic—huge and delicious! The experience is convenient, with quick entry and exit, and the staff is really friendly.

Sat in line this morning for 30 minutes. I would have thought the food would have been fresh but it was dry as if it had been setting under a heat lamp for 3 or 4 hours. I realize this is a busy place and everyone has an off day but this has become the normal for this place. If someone has an order that takes a while, they're not asked to pull up to have their order taken to them like they do at other places. Instead they sit at the window holding up the line. It's called FAST FOOD for a reason

We ordered the Prime Rib and Cheddar Angus burger, which was supposed to come with caramelized onions, but instead, we received just two small pieces of onion, each about the size of a nickel. We waited over 10 minutes, and when our burgers arrived, they were only lukewarm, not even close to hot. Additionally, I had to go through the drive-thru again because we had a BOGO deal, yet I was charged full price for both burgers. We try to visit Hardee's in Pikeville as often as we can, but it's frustrating because these kinds of mistakes happen too frequently.

Hardee's in Pikeville, NC is an excellent dining spot! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoy coming here!
