Every time I visit my uncle in Argentina, I make it a priority here. It is a small tin-hack-Looking thing from the highway, but as you approach it, it is a huge barbecue inside. You have a fantastic, true Argentine Asado. The best thing is that it's cheap. It is only open in spring, winter, fall because it is outside.....but if you are all at kilometer brand 43 to Pilar in the outskirts of Buenos AIres, its a MUST!!!
