Mcdonald's - Pilot Mountain

This used to be a good location. Went here for a quick bite after work. Went inside and ordered at the register. No one behind the counter looked over the age of 20. Kids running the place. Ordered our food. And waited at the table. 15 mins later still no food. We were the only non employees in the building. I went and asked about our food. No one seemed to know anything about it! What??! Even the guy that took our order asked what we needed... Um, the food I paid for. How could they have forgotten us that quickly?? I had to tell someone behind the counter multiple times what we ordered after that, and in another few minutes they gave me a bag that was still incorrect, but I didnt want to fool with it further and ate what they gave me. Its not like they had a dining room full of customers, and our order just got caught up in the mix. We were the only customers in the building. There were even two employees that sat down after we ordered and got food before we did. Definitely not on my list of places to revisit.

WentThrough drive thru and ordered coffee got expresso or something foamy.

Second time order from here and both times was wrong. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and I received a basic but paid for deluxe. Check your order before you leave!

Drive thru was absolutely horrible, long wait, rude window lady. Definitely will not be going back. Food was Luke warm.

Visited this location today using the screens to place our order and registered a table top number of 21. We ordered 2 double cheese burgers with extra pickles, 1 large frie and 2 large drinks. As instructed by the receipt and screen we took our number and went and sat down. 10 min went by and we waited. It was not that busy inside as workers were cleaning dancing and seem to enjoy their work location as they chatted with each other. About another few min go by and one of the workers yell out an order which matches ours. My husband goes to get the order, when another young gentleman steps up takes the bag of food and drinks. We wait a little longer and I head up to the counter. As I walk to the counter the young gentleman who took the order from the counter returns the bag of food and picks up another order and leaves. Obviously he took the wrong order. I then had to wait for one of the dancing conversating employees to see me standing there in order to get two large cups. As I went back to the table my husband states to anyone one listening, mainly Sherry, we assume the manager sitting on her laptop in the back corner of the restaurant, what is the point of providing instructions if you are not going to use or follow them.As we ate we did not have extra pickles as it stated on the bag, receipt. Fries were under done. We did however get a nice show of employees delivering drive thru orders dancing around in the lane and vaping.
