Wendy's - Pilot Mountain

Pretty easy and quick service. Hot food even when I got home still fresh!

Came thru for lunch, today Feb 5, 2024. My apple pecan salad had no apples. My fiancés spicy chicken sandwich had a tiny piece of lettuce and a tiny slice of tomato. Tried calling to see if we could get this sorted and they just let the phone ring and ring. I get being busy. But be efficient.

I would give zero stars if I could...waited 30 minutes in drive thru...only 2 cars in front of me...finally got food and it was totally wrong. Not even things I ordered had to go in and wait another 15 minutes for correct food and the majority of employees were standing around talking and at least 2 employees were high.

Got to love getting soggy fries and half of them being uncooked as well!!!60.00 dollars in food and it isn’t even good at all. Same reason we don’t go to McDonald’s either!!!! Wendy’s is

I ordered a chicken wrap and when it came, it was so nasty tasting that I couldn’t eat it and I am not generally a picky eater. Chicken was in chunks and not seasoned well, very little lettuce, dressing and cheese. When I returned it to the counter the woman that took care of me gave me my money back. I then ordered a kids meal for my supper and she didn’t charge me, gave me a medium sized frosty. So, all in all, food was poor quality (Dave would be disappointed) but the service and friendliness of the workers was great (Dave would be proud).
