Western Son Distillery - Pilot Point

We didn't feel very welcome during our visit. Although we waited for a while, what was frustrating was that we spent at least 10 minutes at the bar before a young woman finally told us the line started at the end. No one had indicated where we should go, and it felt like we were overlooked. To make matters worse, she was rather rude and prioritized another customer before explaining the situation to us. On the positive side, the drinks were good. However, the hospitality left a lot to be desired. I hope this was just an isolated incident rather than a common occurrence on a Saturday. We may give it another try, but please remember that your tone has a significant impact on how customers feel, just like a middle schooler learning the importance of communication.

The best vodka I’ve ever had! I really enjoyed the tour, and the drinks available for purchase at the end are absolutely delicious!

I submitted the post-in rebate for Western Son on August 1st, and my mother also sent hers in. Neither of us has received the rebate. I've made numerous calls but haven't been able to reach anyone. I've also tried email and sent messages through Facebook, but no one has responded. I'm really disappointed; I wouldn't have purchased this vodka without the discount, and because of this experience, I definitely won't be buying it again!

3. Bottle, all freeze as if water was placed in it. Great price, no bad mixer, so I thought.... I mic vodka down?

This place is a self-proclaimed destination distillery. Of that, I would 100% agree. The tour was amusing and a little more involved than other distillery tours I've done in the past. If you so choose, you can fill your own bottle of vodka to take home. The head distiller also signs the bottle for you. There are two bars that we saw, and they have their own special cocktails you can order. They also had live music. It is meant to be a place you kick back and stay awhile. It was a great experience.
