Continental Plzeň - Pilsen

Great hotel with an old feeling of the world. our second time to stay here. only one problem is the wlan in the rooms. the walls are so thick, the WiFi signal is terrible in the rooms / suits we had. the last suite was the marlene dietrich suite. super room, but no wlan.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. it has a bit of an old school vibe, but in such a building I don't find that a problem to be. the breakfast was very nice and the staff very friendly in all cases. the space size and the equipment are sufficient. we enjoyed the renovated bathroom, which looks very modern in contrast to the rest of the hotel and was equipped with a large bath.

The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. beautiful historical building, excellent breakfast

Tried to stay here one weekday night with an early wake up and it was a disaster. The room next to us was up partying extremely loud reception closes at 10pm so no one was able to assist us in helping with the noise complaints. We called the after hours number given (which cost additional international for our phone plan) and no one picked up until the third try. The lady at the other end was half asleep and asked “did you try reception”… to which I reminded her it closed at 10pm and this was the number they gave us. My husband ended up having to get dressed and go knock on the door himself at 1020pm and ask them to be quiet. Absolutely unacceptable as a paying guest we had to deal with this with no hotel assistance.
