The Devonshire Arms At Pilsley

I stopped in for a drink after an enjoyable walk around the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating when my son requested a cranberry and lime juice made with still water. The barperson seemed a bit confused but managed to fulfill the request. The establishment was clean and had an incredibly comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a long walk. The only downside was the outdated toilets, they were not terrible but could use some updating. One positive aspect was that they allow dogs inside, which is always a bonus, even though I personally do not have a dog. Overall, a good experience.

Twenty-two of us went to eat at this restaurant for Christmas yesterday and it was amazing. The staff were very efficient and our food was served hot and immediately. Nothing was too much trouble and our server, Beth, was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and would give it five stars or more. Thank you so much and keep up the hard work.

Sunday dinner with my man and his tante yesterday was fantastic. great eating, great friendly service and a beautiful table, although we had not booked. did not hurry and the WiFi password was given when they asked. the waitress was so inviting and made us feel like VIP customers, although we were happy to get a table. freshly prepared delicious food and spice from chatsworth farm shop. the best tomaten ketchup I've ever had could even splash on a bottle when we go to the shop:

Stay 13th march in the bog room, great room added the additional touches like shortbread and sweets to the beautiful stay. the bed was so comfortable and high. the evening meal and the selection of drinks made it a great night, a good pilsley breakfast the appetit for most of the day. many thanks to the great staff and the wonderful place, are looking forward to our next visit.

We were in parkgate room it was a beautiful spacious room with a four poster bed, the facility was very tasteful with beautiful curtains, drapes and matching blinds. the bathroom was modern and spacious. the staff we had very friendly, we had dinner and breakfast in the bar and the food was excellent. we will definitely go back.
