Kaffeccino - Pincourt

Mall is quiet. In renovation after change of ownership. They need to lower rent cause half the business left the mall. Only Wal Mart and Pharmaprix there. A dollarama and a few more.

Well situated just off of highway 20 has ample parking spaces a bank a Dagwoods restaurant a Pharmaprix and Canadian Tire to name a few also close to gas station and grocery store across the street

This mall used to be so full and have everything you might want in a mall. When the Zellers closed and was replaced by Walmart, it completely killed the mall. All the mom and pop stores closed down since they couldn't compete. When Zellers was there it sold everything but it was low quality and cheap, Walmart was cheap and was better than most stores in the mall. Now that it's gone, the mall has a few stores here and there but it's on its way out. Regardless it's still really clean and there's a little jungle gym for kids.

A nice mall situated just off highway 20 east in ile perrot. Although alot of the storefronts are empty, the ones that are there are bustling. Free Wi-Fi available mall wide. More than enough parking. Downside is not many food choices!

A bit of a dying mall. But they have some nice events like fairs every once in a while which attracts some nice local shops with a nice diversity.
