Irish Maid Do-nut Shops - Pine Bluff

I wasn't very pleased with my experience here and won't be returning. The place had a somewhat dreary vibe. It wasn't dirty, but it also didn't feel clean. The most concerning aspect was that the staff appeared genuinely unhappy. There were no smiles, no greetings, and no friendliness at all. I will continue to go to Shipley's on Main Street for my fresh donuts! If I'm spending $16.00 on 18 donuts, I'd expect to be met with a cheerful attitude.

The donuts are good and fresh—neither outstanding nor bad. It's not my top choice, but I'm never let down when I visit.

They advertise that they open at 5 AM, but I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes without anyone showing up. I eventually pulled out of the drive-thru and tried to go inside, but the doors were locked, even though the sign said they were open at 5. It's frustrating when there's no one available to let customers in.
